Refund and Cancellation Policy
This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, failed transactions, and duplicate payments are handled for EdifySoftech services and digital products.

1. General Policy
Payments are collected for professional services, software development work, SaaS subscriptions, technical setup, consulting, support, and digital services.
2. Project-Based Services
Advance payments, setup fees, consultation fees, development fees, design fees, and milestone payments are generally non-refundable once work has started, resources have been allocated, or deliverables have been shared.
3. SaaS Subscription Payments
Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan. Cancellation may stop future billing, but already paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved by EdifySoftech in writing.
4. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If a customer makes a duplicate payment or incorrect payment, they may contact EdifySoftech with payment proof. Verified duplicate payments may be refunded or adjusted against future invoices.
5. Failed Transactions
If payment is deducted but service is not activated, the customer should contact support with transaction details. The issue will be reviewed and resolved through activation, adjustment, or refund where applicable.
6. Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests must be submitted by email at info@edifysoftech.com with customer name, invoice number, service details, and reason for cancellation.
7. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds may take 7 to 15 working days depending on payment method, bank, payment gateway, and verification process.
